DJJ Ergo-K low sound issue

Hi

it seems i have an issue with the setup, i have my sound into ergo master out 2 with red & whites going into a splitter so i can have my sound coming out my computer also... however the sound from the computer is MUCH louder than whats coming from the ergo...

i have the master volume upto max on traktor also on the ergo top right dial on the ergo... but have to have the main volume on the hifi upto half way to even hear it, then if i have to play a sound on the pc the volume is so loud it deafens

any ideas would be help... thankyou
