Going MAD here lol Ergo!

Macbook pro (2012 with USB3 downscaled to USB2)

Ergo. Algoriddem installed, Traktor pro installed. 

Cant get the Ergo to output through the phono / jacks on rear of controller, all it wants to do is play through my Mac. 

I also can't 'for the love of god' get the head phone cue buttons to let me cue any track at all!?

These faults maybe intertwined.

Algo wont let me select or even see the device yet it does let me use ALL functions apart from the headphone cue (most important) and of course playing it through my laptop then to external mixer (not the best)

Traktor is the same, wont let me select external mixer, it says check connection. I can use internal mixer and it works fine but again no headphone cue :(

Going mad cause i had these issues with my old S4 but got there in the end....i need my ergo working for tomorrow night :(
