[CLOSED] DDJ-S1 HELP!!!!! Output Sound Quality is Messed Up!

So I'm a college student & I left my DDJ-S1 in my locked apartment over Christmas Break. While at home I had my hard drive replaced in my macbook pro. I had to re-install Serato Itch/upgrade to the new 2.2.2. When I got back and started using my S1 I quickly realized the sound quality was terrible out of it. The EQ knobs on the board are fine. Even when I have the Level slider all the way down at 0, it is still peaking at red and the sound is flat, crackles, and just sounds terrible. I thought maybe it had something to do with the new 2.2.2 so I reinstalled the old software and it does the same thing. I know it's not my speakers and headphones. Suggestions? I have tried contacting Serato and Pioneer but to no luck. I need help Please !
