DDJ-S1 HOT CUES...HELP!!!

I'm having difficulty deleting programmed cue points from Hot Cues on DDJ-S1 Controller.

I've set Hot cues, but when I attempt to press SHIFT & Delete them, all that happens is the HOT CUE lights go out. (Whenever I press the SHIFT button)

The pics show:

• Hot Cues 1 is before I press the SHIFT button and the cues are loaded
• Hot Cues 2 is As I'm pressing the shift button when I attempt to delete the set cues %^(
