Pioneer ddj t1 and traktor 2.6.1 (full version, not pioneer edition) c & d load buttons not working

I can see that the c & d buttons are all mapped good (just like a & b load buttons), but when i press them to load track in to c or d deck they don t load a track. I can see ctrl flashing in traktor when i press them. Any idea?
