What is going on with the talk over function on the DDJ-SX.
Turning the Talkover function on, the mic channel fader turns to 100% and has no function.
What the F...
Software fault???
I complained about this before, but no reply...

Yep, me too. Had my first two gigs this weekend with the ddj-sx and I was a bit surprised to see this!
It's weird because :
- the talk over is a bit too agressive
- you totally loos control over your mic volume
Plus, I must add I had a little feedback during an announcement (just background noise from the music beeing played) and the music dropped totally even before I started speaking.
pioneer need to give an extra explanation on it since its a big issue and it will really annoye the function .. the music should be drop at an average level so that the voice can get through! but if it will dropped to much then it will be useless! need to fix this on the software if its a software probs!
Do you have your software and firmware up to date?
This is a very big issue! For example i always djing by talk over.. ! If cant fix then it will b a useless device! Also effects on voice cant be added which is also mandatory!!
