[CLOSED] ddj-wego will not work

My ddj-wego will not connect with virtual dj le ddj-wego or virtual dj pro, but it connects to virtual dj home for ten min. but then unnconnects.

i use a Macbook with snow leopard.

The firmware on ddj-wego is 1.3 do i need 1.7?
