Have you updated the firmware? Also re-set the channels to A/B on channels 2/3 and see if it still cuts out.
I was doing some scratch practice recently and I noticed that even the crossfader was completely closed, the output from the other side was still coming through the Master out. This is occuring with channel 1 only which I have set to A on the crossfader assign with the output still playing when the crossfader is set to B. I am wondering if there is a way to rectify this problem or if it means I need to send my unit to an outlet to get fixed. I have had this controller for just over a week :S

Yeah I updated the firmware to 1.07 last night and messed around with all the channels resetting everything but to no avail.
same problem here did u resolve this and what did u do
I didn't get it resolved. I just use channel 3 as the main left side channel and leave channel 1 set on thru and mix with the volume fader
really why didnt u send it to get fixed , i am reading about a problem with serato dj update 1.2 go to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iXwYyc4BCCM
but i think our issues are not this since ours bleed completely through and dont fade
Yeah this is a different issue but I do intend to get it fixed when I head back to Canada. I personally believe it is a hardware issue rather than software or firmware.
Sounds hardware related - please use the technical support links on the right to arrange repair.
