In this case i can see u badly deserve a replacement instead of repair it now.. since u perform gigs, it would not be convenient to have a technical issue live which might cause your business a big trouble and lose money and customer.. thats is y am staytunned up with all the probs everyday in this forum and serato forum so that i can buy the ddj-sx or not as i dont wanna buy something which i will have to get any surprise infront of many people suddenly in a gigs.. or radio station.. speacially the mic issue, FX on mic is a must, and platter and touch pad must upgrade their quality to avoid less problem in the future since this controller is not a baby toys for its price. Please consider our query and its important.. Remember without us as a customer Pioneer are nothing.. dont take it wrong but its truth...

Folgen[CLOSED] ddj-sx problems
all right so i ordered this controlor in december and it was backordered till febuary. i excepected there would be some issues with it since i was getting one of the first ones. now it is junes and i have installed all the updates for serato and there are still many many issues.
to start off everytime the filter is all the way up and i push {play/pause} the audio lags and dropsout for a second
also after using the controlor for a long period of time (over about an hour) audio starts dropping out randomly for no aparent reason, and the left deck just starts going out wack and all the buttons go unresponsive for periods of time
finally (this sounds like an issue with the soundcard) when i hook the controlor up to high quality speakers there is a high pitch hissing noise that does not go away.
what im wondering is, can i return this controlor because with all of these issues i cannot play gigs with it, and that is the reason i bought it,
or is there a location i can bring it to and they will fix my conttrolor. give my a new if this one is just defective.
i am under a 2 year warenty and i still have the receipt

@Zach, Can i know which batch u have? when did u got ur ddjsx? look at the back and see which month is it manufactured plz.. thanks. because some new batch has been fixed silently and hardware quality did change..
Hang on a second everyone, there's a lot of misinformation being spread here.
@Zach > First off, what OS are you using and what are you computer specs? Have you adjusted the latency settings in the software? Have you updated the firmware for the SX? What speakers / monitors are you using?
