I'll start by saying that this problem started after the second firmware update cant remember which #. The Problem I'm facing is that the track on my left deck (deck 1) keepsjumping back to the 1st cue point without me touching anything.It doesn't do it on every track but it does it at least 7 to 8 times in a 4hour period.This issue is really making me look bad the song is half way then it restarts. Are there known issues about this ,is anyone else having this problem.

Do you have any apps running in the background that might be causing interference?
Thanks for replying and yes everything is up to date I even just installed the mountain lion since i wrote this and still the same problem...there isn't anything running in the Back ground ......I must say that I Dj a party this past Saturday and it didn't do not even once and the only thing I did different in my set up was I hook up the mic to channel 4 instead of channel 3 .I will Try it on Friday when I Dj again

It still jumping back to the first cue point even after hooking up the mic on channel 3........i really don't know what else to do .....i do real think
there's something wrong with the unit its even starting to trigger my effects when on the sp6 but this only happens on deck one. Can someone please help me with this issue

Nothing else is connected its just the unit and the laptop and mic and I've tried it without the mic and still the same ...as I mentioned it's just the left side if I have cue point selected on the pads the cue points triggers on it own if I have effect selected the effect triggers on it own the slicer and loop roll i dont use so if i put it on loop roll nothing triggers.
There's an update for Serato Dj and it says that it resolved some issues with cue points do you know if it happens to be the same issues I'm having
I did the new Serato Dj update and still having the same issues is there any way I can send my unit in to get checked out .I know there a pioneer not to far from where I live is it possible to take it there .....I really need this issue fixed it really embarrassing when I song restarts and everybody is into the music please respond

The engineer's assumption is as follows:
As this problem occurs only on the left deck, some problems of the pads may be the cause of jumping back to the first cue point without touching them.
Please advise the user to send his unit to an authorized service center.
