[CLOSED] DDJ-ergo LE not recognized by Traktor 2

Hello,

Yesterday I received my Pioneer DDJ-ergo LE Controller. After installing Traktor 2 and changing some settings, I finally managed to get the system working with my headphones. This morning however, when I set up the whole system again, the controller didn't react to the program installed at all. I made sure that the controller was turned on before entering Traktor 2, but all I got was a red light illuminating the IN button (by the auto loop) that just stays there no matter what I press. I don't know what caused this problem (maybe I shut down the system incorrectly last night?), but no other buttons than the IN button on the controller react to the program at all. I have tried everything, from reinstalling Traktor 2, to changing settings and pressing all the buttons. Any advice on what to do? It would be greatly appreciated, as I would hope to start DJ'ing as soon as possible!
