[SOLVED] DDJ SX Cue Button Problem

Hello,

I just bought my ddj sx 3 months ago and i have a problem when im playing, in the left deck, sometimes the cue button starts to play alone, and dont stop until i hit the hot cues buttons sometimes... but it doesnt solve the problem, cause in next songs it happens again.

It happens on serato and traktor. Both softwares and the same bug, so maybe its a controller problem.

Its very bad cause i cant trust on the controller to make a live performance.

Can anyone help me?

Have you spilled something on the unit? I heard of this happening once and it was because the DJ had spilled a drink and the sugars had dried around the edge of the button causing it to "activate" when he tapped anywhere on the surface of the controller. Even bass vibrations were causing it to start and stop itself.

If you haven't spilled anything, I suggest you contact technical support for your region (links are located to the right ---->) and have the unit serviced.
