Ok so intermittently the right platter will suddenly become super sensitive and the slightest touch will make it skip half the track. Sensitivity is set at 12 o'clock
I updated the firmware to latest version
I updated serato dj to latest version
I tried plugging it in different plugs
I tried adjusting the sensitivity - this makes no difference
It still does it.
I am know picking up regular gigs and some higher profile gigs and this is completely unacceptable.
Please help this is a major problem for me. This makes it impossible to mix when it does this and the last thing I need when gigging

Sent back to pioneer, they are saying they can't replicate the fault arrrrrrrrrrr
Someone please help me out here, I have a gig in front of 2400+ people in a weeks time
