Hello I have a problem with my ddj -sb does not return the sync command on the shift fader ( english scale a5 or data1 hex 51) the play and the cue will work

@Davide > Lets start from the start. What OS are you on? Have you updated all drivers and software as necessary? I presume you are using this with Serato DJ, right? How did you connect up your SB and how did you configure the settings?
hi i am using windows 7 home premium 64 bit drivers for windows 1.0 firmware 1.04 and no I not using Serato DJ i trying to map to other software and I noticed that no software is able to receive the midi command english scale a5 date1 or 51 hex corresponds to the sync shift fader so I did some testing with other software to detect the various midi commands but is not recognized. this is not a hardware problem i suppose this is a firmware problem :)

I was thinking you couldn't have been using Serato ;)
You're likely to encounter issues in mapping the jog wheels particularly, they've caused issues with other hardware in the past. No other software is currently supported by the DDJ-SB.
I'll explain in pdf midi message (on the site of the pioneer) is the sync shift the fader now I have made several tests with all dj software and many software to receive signals from all components midi then I have not received no signal on the sync shift fader :)
