@Fui S > Are you using the original Apple iPad power supply with the WeCAi?
My DDJ-ERGO with firmware version 1.41 won't work with my iPad Air with iOS 8.1 running djay 2. I have the original WeCAi cable and original Apple lightning to USB Camera Adapter connected. When I power the ERGO on it gives me a message that the ERGO is drawing too much power.
Please help

No I'm using a USB adapter
@Fui > I don't want to jump to conclusions and say that's the problem, but ...
What is the output power of that adapter?
Not sure of the output so I tried the original iPad power supply and it does the same thing.
There is a button-combo that I had to do with my WeGO, just checking with the engineers about the same thing with the ERGO.
Here's the answer for you...
I've tried it about 10 times.
Either the sync button lights up, goes off and nothing happens or it stays in and still nothing happens.
When I go into the settings I see it registered in the Master Volume and precluding tabs but i cannot play or load a track from the deck.
I can load a track on the iPad but it only plays through the iPad's speaker and still cannot be played or manipulated through the deck
Are you doing this with the cable connected to the iPad? Close the app and make sure it's not running in the background. Perform the cable-mode entry with the ERGO connected only to power. After you've done the cable-mode and the SYNC button on the left deck illuminates, turn off the ERGO and connect the WeCAi to the iPad, power up the ERGO and lauch the app.
Still not working
@Fui S > One of our engineers made a video for you to try and replicate. Please try these steps and let us know if you're still experiencing issues.
