No Sound From headphones or Speakers?

I have been having this problem for about a month and havent been able to find anything helpful on how to fix it online. I have been using traktor pro 2 and DDJ ergo limited edition. Everything works except there is little to no sound coming out. I have everything up to date and have gone through the entire FAQ nothing has worked. Any ideas would be fantastic thanks.

Edit: As I stated I followed all the setup and FAQ questions with no results. Not sure why the videos are posted as answers when I never confirmed that they fixed it. I have it completely configured and the only sound I can get out of it is a very quiet buzz sound when I turn the volume to max. Any help that isnt something I have said I already tried would be greatly appreciated thank you. 

Using Windows 7 by the way.
