Okay guys i will firstly start off by saying this is my first ever Dj controller so im a total newbie to all this however.
I have went through the setup guide step by step even looked at online guides and videos but my problem is as follows;
To start with the ddj-sx2 turned on just fine as it should all lights on no problems but i couldn't get any sound out of my speakers (checked connections ect. 50times)
Then all of a sudden boom the unit displays no lighting whatsoever and no sound. On my laptop even though the mixer looks like it is turned off the jog wheels stop/start button ect. still connect and work in time with the laptop just no sound or lighting on the actual unit.
I have tried uninstalling serato 2-3 times along with driver and checked firmware update, contacted seller they tried to help still no luck so im at the point now where im away to send it back unless i get it working over the weeked. Please Help!!

@Jordan > It looks like there is no power going to the SX2. Have you verified that the DC power adaptor is plugged in correctly on both the wall end and the controller end? I understand that it shows the illumination on boot, but there should at least be several buttons illuminated even when the deck is idle.
Yes both ends are connected correctly, i have checked every connection so many times. I found someone on here with the same problem and he had to send his back
Yeah, there's certainly something wrong with the power - please contact Pioneer technical support in your region from this page to arrange to have your unit serviced. If you just got it, you might try talking to your retailer as they may exchange it for you as a DOA unit.
