Master level indicator doesn't show the lights

I discovered that the master level indicator does not show the lights when I play music, just when the controller is in stand by mode. So, It never reach at the peak level. The same happens in Serato dj, the master indicator does't work. I did the firmware update at 1.05 version too. So, what is the problem?

1) Check that you have channel signal - play a track and adjust the channel trim so the channel meter peaks around 0dB.

2) Take the channel fader to the top, make sure the cross fader is either disabled or to the side where that channel is assigned.

3) Adjust the master level knob so the levels show on the meter. You should also now hear audio from any device connected to the outputs.

If nothing appears following the instructions above, please let me know.

I also have the same issue. I checked channel fader and master level knob, and I can hear music from my speaker, but the master level indicator still does not show any light. Please help!

Are you sure you're getting enough signal? Disconnect the cables to your speakers (or turn them off) and try turning the channel and master knobs all the way up.
