Maybe my last topic was unclear, thats why a new topic and hopefully clearer.
My question is whether anyone had or know how to solve this problem.
When i'm playing on my Pioneer DDJ-SX2 I can only scratch the right joghweel. The left jogwheel doesent want to scratch, when I turn the left Jogwheel its just moving slowly through the track. Only when I put the track on pause, I can scratch the left jogwheel.
So please can someone please answer me, is this normal? Is there something I need to turn on?
Any help will be appreciated!

Hi are you sure its an hardware issue?
I didnt tried out on a different software cause I found a topic with the same problem as me and he said this:

Dear Pulse
I also tried the suggestions but to no avail, however what I did try is using the unit with Virtual DJ8 rather than the preferred Serato DJ 1.7.3 the jog wheel works fine with Virtual DJ8. The DDJ-SX2 is running 1.05 (which I did try reloading - but still no joy with Serato DJ). Therefore in my case the hardware seems to be fine but the mix of DDJ-SX2 and Serato DJ is causing the issue - this is only for the Left jog wheel using either 1 or 3 deck
My set up is a Mac Pro Book late 2011 with Yosemite 16GB Mem, Pioneer DDj-SX2 (v1.05) and Serato DJ 1.7.3
Hope this helps

Now I have no other software to test on, but im not sure now if its the controller who has the issue or is it the software?
Cause if its the software what I have to do, im just downloaded the last 1?
Given that the SX2 is designed to work natively with Serato, yes, there is a problem with the controller.
There was no problem with the controller :S
I have also put this question on the site where I bought the DDJ-SX2 and they came with the solution that I have to hold shift + slip on the left deck and that should enable scratch on the left jogwheel.
And it worked! Funny that I have to hear this solution from an extern company. But most important im happy that the controller work fully.
Sorry, that's my fault - I assumed you had tried enabling / disabling vinyl mode (which is exactly what SHIFT + SLIP does).
