Can the Pioneer DDJ SR be factory reset?

I recently updated my DDJ SR's firmware to v1.07 for use with Serato 1.6.3. It worked fine afterwards but I tried a utility change to do video mixing on Virtual dj. When i reverted to Serato I noticed that the trim knobs & the master volume knob reaction are not changing on my serato application. I thought at first it was an error on my part but after a few tries nothing changed. Where did I go wrong? Is it possible to reset the unit?
