Performance pads of DDJ SX left deck doesn't work

As said in the title: performance pads of DDJ SX left deck doesn't work.

it's in midi mode working with traktor. tsi file of pioneer

If I assign hotcues in traktor the pads lit up but i cannot create of use them on the ddj sx

It's only the left deck.

anybody has a solution?
