Update; the skip track button works for navigating CDs, but when a USBs in I can't do anything

Unresponsive Jog Wheel
Went to go and use my 850s tonight, and the jog wheel was completely unresponsive... is there such a thing as a reset option? Really have no idea what to do, and I can't afford a new deck as they're out of warranty.

also, not sure of jog wheel is the correct term, i dont mean the platter, i mean the little wheel you use to browse

@Dave > That would be the rotary encoder knob. If it's not working at all, you'll have to contact technical support (links at the right) to locate an authorized repair shop near you for repair; it will be covered if you are within warranty (1 year from purchase).
