CDJ 350 won`t eject the disc when in CD Mode

Hello,

I would be happy if someone could help me with this:

CDJ 350 won`t eject the disc when I press the eject button in CD Mode but ejects fine when I enter the Control Mode.

What should I do to get my CDJ to eject CDs properly?

@Sergey > Two things -- if the disc is playing, try stopping it first (press the play/pause button once).  If that doesn't help, you may need to contact technical support (links are at the right side of this page).
