Could it be possible to use the needle search to set the loop length directly ?
Today, we have to engage a loop (by autoloop or loopIn/loopOut) and after we can change the loop length with the needle search.
Due to that, it's impossible to engage a 1/4 loop directly for example.
I suggest to allow to start a loop directly with the needle search :
As soon as you touch the needle you see the different lengths and when you unpressed it launches the loop.
Today when you touch you have a message "Cannot use needle during playing" so this the needle search is free during playing :)
I Hope that it will make sense for you and for other CDJ2000 owners
