cdj 850 E-8709 error help

@Daniel > Can you tell us a little more about the error? When did it occur? Can you re-produce the error consistently? Is it the same track or seemingly at random?

Thanks for your reply, the error is constantly on and am unable to use cdj's. I was setting up mixvides cross dj to use the built in soundcards on the cdj's. first i tried to update the firmware on the cdj's but after the update had finished they are still the old version firmware, the error occured when switching between usb and pc on the decks. i have the same error on both cdj's.

It sounds to me like it's possibly the media you have connected in the USB.  What is the device, how was it formatted and what's on the device?
