I,ve just tried to register my cdj 900 and djm 700 but neither is listed in the product list so how do I register them. Do I need to register them as part of the guarantee cover?

FolgenAll hooked up
Got my cdj900s and djm700 yesterday, they're all hooked. The cdj came with the latest firmware so there was no need to update, I'll update RB after it's processed my tracks. After 30 years DJaying it's got a lot of work to do so I've left it running over night. I had a short session on my new kit last night and love it but I have a few problems that may be simple user error. I've got everything linked to my laptop via a 4 port wireless router (no Internet) and USB from the decks go via a 4 port powered hub. When playing from Traktor I keep getting a bad distortion, it could be a latency issue but I will need to look further in to today. Whilst on the subject of Traktor, does anyone know of any diagram that show the control layout? I can't find how to go move from the crates in to the track list and select a track. If I manually highlight a track so I'm in the track list then turn the search dial or press it to try to select the track it jumps back to the crates. I've checked YouTube but the reviews don't go through the whole search function, so once I've got it sorted I'll be post a full review myself to show how to set it all up and use the cdj900 with Traktor. Btw this is great forum it's great to have Mods who actually read and respond to the post

Well, had all weekend trying out the new set. I'm loving rekord box but would like an option on the amount of time required for a track to be played before it goes in to the history. However, I do have one grip; one of the decks seems to have a fault on the right out put as it keeps cutting out. I've tried 3 different cables but it seems to have a lose connection as I can touch to bring the sound back. For the amount of money I'd expect better QC. The same deck has also been locking up so I'll be send it back for a replacement. The latency with Traktor was also terrible and caused distortion but to be honest I don't think I'll be using Traktor much now as Rekord box does what I need and the RMX 1000 will replace the effects it has.
The rotary knob selects the crate / folder and jumps you to it; pressing it again will load a track. To move back to the crates / folders, you press the BACK button on the player.
As for the problems with the one unit, it could well be that it's faulty out-of-the-box, you may want to return it to your retailer for a replacement.
You don't need to register them; having your proof-of-purchase is all that's required.
