Just down load the latest firmware and load it and your right to go. No need to do the inbetween ones.

CDJ2000 firmware upgrade from 2.0 to latest version
If I update to firmware 4.10 from 2.0 will it fix all the bugs from the firmware updates in between, or would I need to update each patch individually in chronological order. And if so, where can I find the previous updates?
Also, I'm from South Africa...can I use Pioneer.eu websites for updates or what site should I use for my region's updates?

Correct; the newest version updates all items as it flashes the entire ROM, not just the changed items.
You can go directly to PioneerDJ.com and from there it directs you to regional sites for language and proximity to servers, but all of the update files are identical regardless of which Pioneer subsidiary website you visit.
