Firmware updating and internal CDJ space?
So as my common sense tells me , The firmware goes somewhere (Memmory in the CDJ) But now for the people who keep requesting stuff that's really useless like Supporting alot of other formats that nobody uses or Shouldn't use.
The space is limited i guess and so Pioneer only can take essential updates i guess otherwise if there's a real fault which is Critical and all the space is used by some random stuff nobody needs...

Well no , It's not poor from pioneer and i hope they put plenty of space in there for future updates and alot more.
It was just some deep thinking , So i guess before considering an update it has to be checked if it's worth the space if my thoughts are true.

They should have left plenty of space for room for improvement and feedback ideas from the customers :)... Instead now because of possible poor planning, the engineers will say "GREAT IDEA, but theres no room for that idea, so i guess we have to build an MK2".. so poor planning and great planning I guess, depends on what side of the fence you are on

There is always a "limited" space -- engineers don't create infinite space for ROM data (and if they could, WTF would they be doing wasting their time on a CD player, we're talking INFINITE SPACE!!!), they allocate enough room for their current needs plus a certain percentage for increases in code over time.
Even if there IS space, that doesn't mean the circuitry or hardware used would allow for additional functions.

I guess my point really was if the FW takes up let's say 20mb of info, put in a 64mb chip so there is plenty of room for improvement "if" needed
