CDJ 2000 and Transcend 64 GB USB Drive

I had the most embarrassing episode the other day.

I used a Transcend JetFlash 500 64GB with the CDJ 2000, which I had linked, but it turned out to be some problems.

The whole evening the link was unstable, and the last half hour they would not read my USB at all! Is this a known problem? Should I switch to another brand? Or are there general problems with 64GB? For your information, I use recordbox on mac, and format with FAT32.
