I recently bought two CDJ 2000 Nexus Media players and one of them is working perfectly. The other one seems to have an issue with usb devices that require power in order to function. When I use a normal usb-stick the player can read the all the music and the rekordbox database. If I use an usb drive that requires power through usb it will not work, also connecting an Iphone with the Rekordbox app will not work. The other player has no issue's playing the usb drive or connecting an Iphone.
Is there anything I might be missing here or should I return the player?

@domitus > it seems likely the USB port doesn't provide enough power required to use that particular USB device. What make and brand is it? Does it come with a power cable?
Are you connecting the iPhone via a wireless router? If so, which one are you using?

I have the same problem i have 2 cdj-2000 nexus one of them work perfectly but one of them , have issue that sometimes cant load tracks from usb , and when i connect my iphone with cable it doesnt work and even doesnt charge , can you help me with that , or give me some information about that issue or something that i missing.

Sounds like the USB port may be damaged.
