Use RCA as well. Change each other cables or play a little bit with your connections so that to make sure its the cdjs fault. Try change the channels in your mixer, for example.
I have 2x cdj 2000 and djm 900 nexus using digital coaxial cables. One of my cdj2000s volume is a lot quieter than the other when set at the exact same settings. I tested this by playing the same track on both cdjs and one of the cdjs output is sounding very dull and a lot quieter. Does this sound like my cdj maybe faulty and if so is there a way of repairing the problem.

@Niall > Have you tried swapping the cables? Does the problem then become reversed? Have you tried using a different channel on the mixer?
