@Stefano > What are you trying to load tracks from? Rekordbox on your laptop or rekordbox created content on other media? Have you all firewalls and anti-virus set to allow Pioneer traffic?

@Stefano >

It sounds like the problem could come from the fact you're adding a router to the mix when the DJM-2000 is possibly trying to assign addresses to the devices and as such, they exist in a different subnet.  You should ensure that the connection from the DJM-2000 to the router is from the mixer's PC port and you MAY be able to get things communicating.

Follow these steps to see if it helps:

  • Connect the network cables first (power off on all devices)

  • Power on the router

  • Power on the DJM and CDJs

  • Power on the computer

See if this resolves your issue.

I dont own a djm2000 so I don't think that is the problem, I use a denon dnx 900 mixer therefore I use a router from the cdj's and a lead from the router to the computer. its all working now as long as the wireless is switched off :)

I've updated the engineers - I'll see what they have to say.
