hi mike - yes, you are totally correct. the cdjs will keep perfect time at any mirrored pitch providing both tracks share the same BPM.

Pitch and BPM.
Just a general question (and hopefully not too stupid!) as I have just got back into DJing onto the newer Pioneers CDJ's
If I have 2 x tracks at 140bpm does this mean to say that they will be locked in time, at various pitches if they are mirrored on each deck?
ie: +3.4% on each deck at (140bpm at 0%), would still be exactly synced still?
Coming from vinyl and the newer bpm counters and CD seems a massive jump
