@ david > no you don't need to worry. The cd is spinning at a high speed. It is normal that you hear a "buzzing" sound.
That the other cdj makes less noise is also normal. each cdj will be a slightly different.
Hello,
I recently bought 2 cdj 2000 nexus. I noticed that one of the cdj's consistently made a louder buzzing noise then the other when running a cd. I made sure that both were tested with the same cd aswell as with other cd's, however it still maintained a louder noise than the other cdj. The buzzing itself isnt extremely loud and i cannot hear it while the music is pumping,,however it can be slightly irrirating when no music is playing, apart from that everything else works perfectly.
So my question is why is it making a louder buzzing sound? is there a fault? is there something i should be wary of?
Thanks you
