you never set the cue on the current track playing so the last cue point set was the previous track. If you want, turn on AUTO CUE, this will set a cue point at the first sound of the track currently loaded

Folgen[CLOSED] Strange RekordBox issue - I call it "the skip back".
Ok, I'm Jammin, Right? I got track 5 playing (it could be any track) I mix out of track 5 to track 6 on another Deck. It plays, But now I need to cue it up. So, I stop the Jam and then "attempt" to start it again, from the beginning. But, it don't. What happens is the Middle of Track 5 plays again (maybe from when I mixed out on the prior deck). It seems like right after I hit "cue" it takes the deck back to the other deck's track that was just playing. Please tell me there's a simple solution for this?

Thanks Bri,
The only issue is that when I turn back on auto cue, I get another problem. I noted that other problem in another thread and the solution/ workaround is to turn off auto cue. As you can see, I'm in a "game of chess" with the CDJ 2K at the moment.
was is scratching at the beginning of a track makes it go back to previous track and then stop at cue point when playing? If so, Yes, it stinks, you are caught in the middle of a downfall in all pioneer players unfortunately, they allow no backspin buffer in the beginning of tracks like other decks do
ok
