[SOLVED] CDJ2000 Jog Dial issue. anyone?

So my CDJ200s have this issue where the music cuts out, almost as if the DJ is putting his finger on the platter top to stop the play back of his file, but he's not touching the device at all. To make it worse i cant recreate the problem, and it only seems to happen when our headliner DJs are on. it happened once on a thursday night, pissed the DJ off, so we pulled the device. Unfortunately we lost track of which CDJ it was and so we couldn't flag it. The next night it happened again, so unless its happening over multiple CDJs we found the previous CDJ. This time it was more frequent, finally when it happened for the last time that same night, I loosened the jog dial tension, it was as tight as it can get, the problem stopped. So Im assuming that has something to do with the issue, but since I cant recreate it, I cant be sure.

Has anyone else had these same or similar problems?

@Clinton > It sounds like there's been some wear and tear to the platter sensors. You should consider taking the unit in to be serviced at an authorised service centre. If you follow the links in the column on the right >> they'll be able to point you in the right direction for finding someone close to you to facilitate a repair.
