I dj many places and i have just started using rekordbox with usb sticks. At some venues i play at i use 900's or 2000's .... the usb sticks work fine.
I go to spin at another club where they have cdj 2000 nexus and they wont read my usb sticks. if i press the rekord box button i get nothing. If i just use the USB button i can read the stick but most of my track info is not displayed which makes it very hard to work out what the actual track is and throws all my hard work labeling the tracks into the bin.
Any advise please as im being forced to use cd;s when i play this club which is a pain in the back side.

Is it possible you haven't re-analysed / re-exported the tracks in rekordbox since the CDJ-2000nexus was released? Previous tracks would have been without the enhanced waveform, but you should still have the standard data for track name, artist, genre, BPM, key, etc.
Oh, and the rekordbox button on the 2000nexus is only for connecting to a computer or wireless device running the rekordbox app, not USB devices.
