CDJ 900 Player option issue

I currently have 2 CDJ 900's in the club I work in, I have followed the steps that were recommended in the link I have provided below and commented on that as well. the only difference is that the Player option on both CDJ's on have Player2 and nothing else. How can I over-ride this so the Dj's can continue the club night?
