Pioneer Rekordbox Link Connection ERROR and the player goes on Emergency Loop.

Hi i am using the Following gear

2x CDJ 2000 nxs (Updated to latest version)

DjM 900

A Modem

Rekordbox 3.0

My colleague uses serato scratch live (rane Sl2) and uses time code discs

we connect them simultaneously and perform and i generally play through the "THRU" the in the Serato software.

The player goes on emergency loop when we switch performing and even after restarting the player it displays "LINK CONNECTION ERROR", this has happened multiple times with or without the time code discs present in the player, I have to carry an extra USB stick as backup 

Please Help
