CDJ2000NXS & 10.9.2 - Issues - how long to resolve?

I'm experiencing issues with Traktor when trying to use CDJ2000NXS as HID controller. I think it's to do with:

There are a few of us now over on the NI forums with the same issues, considering it's almost 2 months since the alert above, do you have a time line for this to get resolved?
