[SOLVED] exporting from 2 SD cards to a SSD

Hello... I can't remember if made this question before. I have two SD cards and I am thinking to buy a Transcend SSD of 256gb and export all the music that I have on both SD cards, to the new SSD.

On topics related with this question I just read that need only to copy and paste the info that is on the first SD card to the SSD however what about the second SD card? Both have a folder named Contents. If I paste the info of the first one to the SSD, and I copy the info of the second SD card to paste it on the SSD it will ask me if I want to overwrite the info and as far as I know, is not good to rename the folder as it can loose the info or corrupt the data on it.

How can I proceed in this paricular case?
