PIONEER CDJ-850-K ERROR CODE!!!!!

Hi

I purchased a brand new Pioneer cdj-850-k 5 days ago, all has been fine until today, when playing from a Usb stick the unit completely froze (on a track that has been playing fine on the unit) now its showing an error code E-8709. Turning the unit on and off will not clear the error. Im playing off usb stick formatted to FAT32 although I have not yet put the tracks through rekordbox.

Frustrating considering I have only had the unit for 5 days! Great bit of kit, but not impressed with a problem like this
