Lcd Problem Cdj 2000

Hi, i have a Pioneer cdj 2000 with a problem with the display brightness.
It is much brighter than the other CDJ 2000, and you notice even a small flicker of writing. I tried to adjust the brightness adjustment menu but does not change anything; in the sense that it changes the light from the display but the colors and especially the white remain very high so bad to be seen.
