I managed to solve the problem myself. You have to download "Seagate Discwizard" and format the HDD as "MBR" not "GPT" as i did.

[SOLVED] XDJ-R1 USB Problem E-8307 Seagate 1TB
I brought a Seagate 1TB HDD yesterday. I format it to FAT32 with different programs. Recordbox does see the HDD and i can add music as i do on my USB Stick. Everytime i connect my HDD to my XDJ-R1 i get error E-8307. Anyone knows how to solve this issue ? I want to use my XDJ-R1 for a gig on Friday. It would be nice that i can use my HHD then.

You can reformat the drive to MBR using the Disk Manager in OSX. Glad to hear you got the problem solved.
