[SOLVED] I am very upset co XDJ the RX

I am very upset co XDJ the RX

It is the fourth time that blocks me.

I can not upload the songs for Decks

And normally occurs after 3 hours of being playing.

Use 2 Pen 32GB

The strange thing is that I can see the songs on dispaly, but do not carry.

This last time the JOG were flashing

I had to power cycle equipment d.

@Antonio > Again, the problem is not with your RX but the songs and possibly, as a result, the database. As requested, please post two or three of the problematic files.

If you could also please try converting the same M4A files to MP3, import those MP3s to rekordbox, then FORMAT your export USB drive, and export the MP3s to the USB drive. You only need to try a few tracks, not your entire library.

To make it easier I will create a single folder with 60 songs and test.

I'm about to give up the equipment.

I regret to inform that for the 1st time I will have to return a device because Pioneer does not work !!!

In this Forum Pioneer never assumed that failure is the XDJ Rx.

For not only single case with this type of problem.

When XDJ Rx problems have resolved'll wonder if it worth comparable again.

The engineers have reviewed all the videos and have a couple of questions for you...

First, with this video:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mv3mzq4umw8&feature=youtu.be - the engineers would like to know if the same problem occurs after turning the RX off/on. If so, they would like you to send the entire PIONEER folder from the USB device, not just the export database. They don't need the CONTENTS folder, just the PIONEER folder.

Second, they would like to know in this video:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TspsocJV-As - What made this issue happen? What did you do before the unit froze? There is no context as the video starts with the player frozen.

Hello

I think I have found the cause of the malfunction bloquei the 45th music

Rekordbox installed on another PC.

I imported the music to the PC

Once the analysis of music created a folder and I exported for a pen

The songs are the same that have caused the malfunction.

Made the test has not arisen malfunction

Conclusion: my MAC Rekordbox is with any errors.

I export the collection of songs to an external disk (Backup) and then delete the Rekordbox and reinstall the collection of songs again.

Before I give you those instructions, the engineers would like to clarify some information...

Engineers checked the Pioneer folder but did not find anything wrong with the folder or contents. They wanted to make sure the folder you sent was the same as the one shown in the video below:

We can see the issue occurs when B is shown in the [KEY] category. However, the database in the uploaded PIONEER FOLDER includes no track of B key, but just Empty is shown.

Can you confirm that this is the correct Pioneer folder?

The issue of tracks not loading or active loop not starting have been identified as rare situation bugs and they are working to address them, but they would still like to obtain the information above.

Sorry only now return to the forum.

I solved the problem in my XDJ-RX

What was happening was a problem in Rekordbox.

I'll try to explain:

When I installed the latest version of rekordbox 3.2.0, I have chosen the first window displayed the CDJ Hardware !!!

Each time I opened the program no longer appeared the window with the choice of hardware option!

Uninstalled it and went back to install the program several times, but never appeared to choose the Hardware window.

In short I had to format the MAC.

I installed it again, but I had the attention of leaving the active window Hardware selection option whenever I open the program.

Problem solved.

I hope this helps to solve this situation in the future Rekordbox program

@Antonio > That hardware selection option shouldn't have made a difference -- as you can see, unless you had the R1 or MEP selected, you should have had the correct database:

it is possible that there was a glitch with your database and removal and reinstallation has corrected that.

Either way, I'm happy to hear things are working and I know Pioneer is continuing the efforts on their end to address all the concerns about the RX.
