Calibrate the XDJ-R1?

The "Color knobs" are uncalibrated. The "zero level" is not in the middle, it's 1 mm to the right. Can I calibrate it myself of do I need to send the unit for calibration? This is very annoying when I'm using the effects.

Example: If I have the knobs in the middle and activates the Pitch effect, the pitch will go down a little on the song playing. This applies to all effects that's controlled by the Color knobs.

@Robert > That's kinda weird. Have you tried updating the firmware? Have you ever used the remotebox app with your R1?

Yes, I havce the latest Firmware 1.12.

Yes, I have used the Remotbox app, both on the iPhone 5s and on the iPad Air with the latest iOS. I still have the same problem.

The product engineers suggest that the unit should be recalibrated at a service center rather than risk potential damage if you try and calibrate them yourself. Please contact technical support from the links on this page to find your nearest location.
