DJM 850k in use with Traktor Pro 2

Alright guys so I'm coming to the community for answers. I've contacted both Native Instruments and Pioneer support for information and neither one could give any definite answers. I was given links to very general places through their websites, no answers, and a sorry we can't help you from the manufacturers on both ends for a Traktor certified product.

My question is I've watched tutorial videos of people setting up the DJM-900 in Traktor and when they set their input/output settings through the software program each channel on the mixer is selectable for Deck A, B, C, D inside the software program. So I go to my DJM-850k and try to set the mixer channels to Deck Input/Output in external mixing mode and all that populates the drop down box is Master L and Master R. Not Channel 1,2 or Channel 3,4. I am running Traktor Pro 2 currently version 2.9. I've asked both manufacturers if I needed Traktor Scratch Pro 2 to utilize the mixer inside of Traktor and haven't gotten a straight answer. Please help me
