I have the same issue here,
for example, I am playing a track on deck a, I have a memory cue loop set and I want to activate that loop so 3mins into the song I want it to automatically start the loop once it his that cue.
how is It done when using xdj-rx on standalone?

It is much more handy to be able to set and store active loops directly on the hardware when we are training and testing
