First i would like to start off by saying i am a avid user of pioneer products and choose u guys first when it comes to dj'ing but thats all about to change. Your last firmware update for ddj sr 1.07 "supposedly" fixed all issues which was a lie because i started having problems with the key lock automatically turning on. When i called your company i spoke to a male who sounded like a ametuer because he knew absolutley nothing. I myself found a temporary fix which was to keep updating firmware and it would last a week before key lock issues started again. So i update firmware like normal and ddj stops working during process. All i see is meter lights flashing overtime i turn it on and off. its deff stuck in firmware mode
i did sync+shift already and no go..... called your "company" again and spoke to a female who sounded like she had a attitude both times i called, she was of no help and rushed me off the phone. I'm highly disappointed and would like answers
You shouldn't need to re-flash it weekly. If it's having recurring problems and has seemingly escalated by the fact it's not exiting the firmware update mode, it may require servicing. Please contact Pioneer technical support in your region for further assistance and to arrange repair.

may need further assitance and arrange repair...i have this exact problem on my ddj rx its 2 weeks old.....and i cannot get out of update mode or get the new update in because it fails everytime and has done about 50 times now....do you think my 2 week old rx needs servicing?????...i think not.
