DISAPPEARANCE OF DECKS ON THE SOFTWARE.

I have a problem with the Serato Dj software playing with ddj sx. It connects well, shows the decks in a split second then they disappear making it impossible for me to mix. Kindly assist.

It sounds like there is a problem with the detection of the hardware. Could you please try on a different USB port, with a different USB cable and if you still have the same problem, perhaps test on another computer to see if it's the controller or your computer causing the issue of detection.
